By using the Lift Official website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

If you don’t agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Website.

Delivery:

We aim to send out your order within 1-3 working days.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

You are responsible for the Products once they are delivered to the address you provided when placing your Order.

This means the risk is yours once you or someone you’ve chosen receives the Products. Please ensure the address is correct to avoid any issues with delivery.

Delivery Costs:

We currently use Royal Mail for all shipping.

All United Kingdom destinations will be charged at £2.99.

To Europe we charge £7 tracked (under 2 kg).

Any customs, duties or additional charges which apply to your order (if your order is delivered outside of the UK, for instance) will be your responsibility and are not included in the delivery costs.

Faulty or Item differs from described on website:
If what you have bought is faulty or differs substantially from how it is described on our website
you may have a legal right to get the product replaced or to be given a refund). In this case, the return will be free in provided you return the product to us within 14 days of receiving the item. Please contact us immediately if this is the case. We will also refund any postage costs if it is deemed a fault occurred by us.

Cancellation of an order:

In the unlikely event that we’re unable to fulfil your order (e.g. because the product is out of stock or there has been an error in the pricing or description of the product, we’ll let you know by email and we won’t charge you for the product.

5. Delivery

Refunds:

To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them.

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund.

All items are inspected on return.

We will refund you the price you paid for the products (excluding the delivery costs)

We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible.

Any refund must be returned within 14 days after receiving the item.

Pricing:

We may change the price of our products. When this happens, we’ll update the prices on our website, if you placed your order for a product before the price change, the price will be as stated on our website at the time when you placed your order. Last price change - December 2025.
