Whether you’re performing deadlifts, shrugs or other pulling exercises, our figure 8 lifting straps provide a secure grip around the bar. If you relax your grip, you’ll still be attached to the bar via the strap.

Designed like the digit 8, these weightlifting straps help facilitate bar-to-palm contact and provide a better grip and add maximum grip stability while further making exercises. Designed to fit any size wrist making them a great unisex accessory.

The straps are easy to put on and take off. Simply, put one hand through one loop and then take the strap and go under the bar bringing the opposite loop up and insert your hand through the second loop. Finally, grip the bar firmly while ensuring that the strap is tight.

Each strap has neoprene padding stitched into one side of the material to protect and give additional support to your wrists. The suede leather material is strong and durable with heavy duty stitching.
